Tommy Tillman founded Tillman’s Restaurant Equipment and Supplies in 2002, bringing on staff members who had over a combined 100 years of experience with the restaurant, commercial kitchen and convenience store industries. As specialists in these industries, we know what it takes to stock and run a successful business. From layout and design to sales, installation and continued maintenance, we can help!

Our Staff

TOMMY TILLMAN - CEO / General Manager

One of the major responsibilities I have is meeting with the clients and the employees to make sure that we achieve the goals that the company has set forth for our customers. I also stay in touch with my customers to make sure when we're doing an installation that everything runs smoothly. One of the other major responsibilities I have is meeting with manufacturers to make sure we get the deepest discounts possible so we can be competitive in the industry.

WENDY UPCHURCH - Office Manager

I oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including any customer service issues that may arise. We want to be sure that any issues that may arise are handled to the satisfaction of our client.

TONY TILLMAN - Operations Manager

ROBIN BROGDEN - Smallwares / Showroom

We offer a wide selection of smallwares, janitorial, and many other items to meet your specific needs. We meet on a regular basis with our manufacturer reps to provide you with the most current products available to the market. We are also happy to provide you with a formal quote at any time.


I work directly with the sales person, architects, general contractors, and engineers to ensure everything is properly placed in the stores. We design a custom equipment layout before anything is ordered.

LOGAN TILLMAN - Customer Support

Customer Support for Parts Sales and Service Calls.

BRIAN NORTHAM - Warehouse Manager

I make sure everything that comes into our warehouse is unloaded properly and checked for all damages. We don’t want any surprises when a customer receives an item.

DONNIE GINN - Sales Representative

Providing a working solution for our customers is very important to us. Whether it’s a convenience store, restaurant, cafeteria, school, or church; meeting that customer’s needs is what we try to do. I cover Eastern NC.

CHIP MULLINS - Sales Representative

I cover the territories of SC & GA.
