The Dexter S121PCP Sani-Safe® oyster knife has a high-carbon steel blade that is strong enough to hold a fine edge for a long time. The blade’s New Haven design is perfect for opening oysters and its convex tip cleanly removes the meat. The white polypropylene handle withstands extreme temperatures and is easy to clean. The handle is also textured to reduce the risk of slipping during use. A seal between the handle and blade eliminates a gap that can capture food particles and harbor bacteria.
