It’s constructed of 3003 aluminum—a material that enhances corrosion resistance—and is fabricated through spin-form technology to produce even, thorough cooking. With a 4-millimeter-thick base, the pot can heat quickly, making it great for busy nights serving savory broccoli cheddar soup or traditional pho. This pot has riveted handles attached to add strength to the piece, which has a 20-quart capacity. Though this pot can’t be run through a dishwasher, consumers can wash by hand with warm water.
